We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase, and we cover the cost of a return label for shipping. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

• Products damaged in transit
• Incorrect item shipped
• Product does not meet customer expectations.

If you would like to return damaged products and have them replaced with new ones, please specify so in your refund request. Once approved and we receive the returned products, we will send new ones.

Items that were not damaged in transit, but were wrongly delivered, or not to customer satisfaction, are eligible for a refund if the product is undamaged. This means no scratches, tears, rips, or folds to the pages of our books.

TOBET reserves the right to deny refund requests for any reason.

1. Reach out to [email protected] with your name and order number to request a refund.
2. Upon review and approval, we will email you the return label. We cover the cost of a return label for shipping.
3. Print this label and attach it to your package before mailing.
4. Once the product reaches us (usually 5-10 business days), a refund will be issued to the payment method with which it was purchased. Please give a few business days for the money to appear in your account.

• How we handle lost or damaged returns
  As long as you can provide us with a valid tracking number, showing you actually sent the package back, we will honor the refund. If incidents in which packages are lost/destroyed happen on several occasions with the same customer, refunds may be denied.
• How we handle gifts or international returns
  We are not able to process return requests for gifts or international orders.
• Late/extended returns such as during holidays or promotions
  We are a small team, and each of these requests are handled individually. If you make a reasonable appeal as to why the returned product is late, we will consider it in our evaluation of the request.
